Production management evaluates both team and individual performances. The kanban system records real-time production progress and scheduling, effectively controlling every step in the production. The manufacturing space is specifically designed to create a highly mobile production line, making the production process transparent, and creatively utilize color management tools to divide different production environments with intuitive color codes. The management plan facilitates all teams and colleagues in working together to achieve the minimum monthly production capacity of 250,000 mold cycles and the production goal of which the waste materials weigh less than 8% of the materials received during material requisition.
Manufacturing Equipment
We have many types of vacuum forming machines ranging from 250 to 400-ton capacity and can manufacture all kinds of products with precise dimensions with the ultra high efficiency and precision offered by the equipment. We are equipped with high-performance compression machines to improve the vulcanization of rubber products and meet the technical requirement of special rubbers. Other equipment such as mixing rolls, raw material cutting machines, electric rubber cutting machines, and deflashing machines also enhance our production efficiency to meet the clients’ demands for product standardization.
Testing Equipment
We are equipped with numerous testing equipment. “ROHS hazardous substance testing equipment” can quickly detect hazardous substances such as Cd, Pb, As, Br, Cr, Hg, and Cl to ensure the product quality. “Load curve measuring machines” are used to measure load, stroke and test hand-feel of parts and perform peel tests for adhesives. “RCA abrasion wear testers” are used to test the resistance to abrasion of inked lettering on cell phone keypads, cell phone cases, and plastic cover coatings. “Rubber abrasion testers” utilize the abrasion resistance property of rubbers to quickly and easily determine the abrasion resistance of printed or painted parts.
